Reading to Writing
Academic Language Therapy is an intensive, multisensory, therapeutic program utilizing research based Alphabetic Phonics methodology. (Click here for more information on Alphabetic Phonics) It is designed to develop effective language and written communication skills through its expanded and enriched Orton Gillingham principles. Students will receive one-to-one therapy sessions using proven, engaging, multisensory approaches to address decoding and phonemic awareness skills, reading fluency and comprehension, handwriting, spelling and grammar, composition, learning strategies and skills in a structured progression.
